Our standards
Academic Integrity Policy
Draft for review before launch. Items marked “to confirm” need the agency's confirmation.
What we do
- One-to-one tutoring and coaching that explains concepts in your subject.
- Guidance on planning research, choosing methods and reviewing literature.
- Feedback on the structure, clarity and language of drafts you have written.
- Explanations of statistical tests and how to interpret your own results.
- Worked examples that illustrate techniques — not answers to your assessment.
- Coaching to prepare and rehearse presentations of your own work.
- Guidance on formatting and referencing styles.
What we do not do
- Write, complete or rewrite assessed work for you to submit as your own.
- Take exams, tests or online assessments on your behalf.
- Fabricate or alter data, results or references.
- Help anyone to misrepresent who produced a piece of work.
Our use of AI tools
We may use AI tools such as ChatGPT Pro to help us prepare explanations, worked examples and feedback, always checked and adapted by a member of our team. We never use AI tools to produce work for you to submit. Many institutions have their own rules on AI — please follow your institution's policy in your own work.
The law
In England, the Skills and Post-16 Education Act 2022 makes it an offence to provide or advertise services that complete assessed work for students. We do not offer such services, wherever our clients are based.
Your responsibilities
- Follow your institution's rules on academic conduct and the use of support.
- Declare the support you have received where your institution requires it.
- Ensure that everything you submit is your own work.
How we apply this policy
Every academic enquiry asks you to confirm that you understand these terms. We may ask questions about your assignment and its rules, and we will decline or stop any work that would breach this policy.
Questions
