Renewable energy orders and installations dashboard
A Power BI dashboard tracking customer requests through to installation, with product-interest breakdowns, connected to a Power Apps data-capture workflow.
The objective
Give a renewable energy team one place to see how customer requests progress from first enquiry to confirmed order and installation, and which products customers are interested in.
What we did
- Designed headline cards for total customer requests, confirmed orders and installed orders.
- Built an order-status chart showing how requests move from lead to confirmed to installed.
- Visualised battery preferences and interest in solar energy and heat pumps.
- Connected the report to a Microsoft Power Apps data-capture flow to test automated updates.
